Ingredients for Poke:

  • 1 Cup Seaweed Salad Mix
  • 1 Cup Sashimi Grade Salmon
  • 1 Cup Sashimi Grade Ahi Tuna
  • 1 Cup Diced Bell Peppers
  • 1/2 Cup Edamame
  • 1/3 Cup Avocado
  • Sesame Seeds, To Taste
  • Ginger, Optional
  • Cracklets – Never Optional!

Ingredients for the dressing:

  • 1 Tsp Tamari Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Heaping Tsp Spicy Mustard
